Healthy Diet

Eating a healthy balanced diet which contains all the nutrients for your body requires. A healthy diet contains the right balance of carbohydrates, protein, vegetables, fruits and fat.

Carbohydrates diet: eat whole grains.

Proteins diet: Lean meat, fish, eggs, and nuts etc.

Vegetables & fruits diet: try to serve at least 4-8 servings in a day.

Drink lots of water

Drinking lots of water i.e try to drink 8 glasses of water in a day. This helps you to re-energize and keep going. Not drinking sufficient water will lead to headaches, acne, and dehydration. Drinking lots of water will keep you healthy.

Regular Exercise
